AFRL hires Senior Technical Advisor for Communications and Networking

JDG and the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) are pleased to announce the selection of Mr. John Forte as its Senior Technical Advisor for Communications and Networking. He is a visionary leader, advisor and strategist able to bridge gaps in technology and policy across a large breadth of national security challenges. Prior to joining AFRL, Mr. Forte was a leader and technology advisor for JHU/APL’s Homeland Protection Mission Area, 1 of 12 Mission Areas at the lab, charged with the development and deployment of operational efficiencies, communications and networks for assured command and control, sensors and systems in defeating advanced persistent cyber threats and chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive weapons. He earned his BSEE from the University of Tulsa and his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Communications and Networks from George Washington University.
