JDG completes VP of Engineering Operations search for Systematic, Inc.

JDG and Systematic are pleased to announce the selection of David Ouellette as its new VP of Engineering Operations. Mr. Ouellette is a dynamic leader with years of experience and a diverse background in program/project management, engineering design, and military operations.  He is an agile planner excelling in full spectrum planning for military and government entities with a focus on analyzing and implementing innovative approaches to improve work environments and productivity. Most recently, he served as Clarifai’s Senior Technical Public Sector Program Manager where he focused on monitoring program performance on Public Sector contracts (DOD, NGA, Air-Force, Army) and sector growth. He earned his MBA from GWU and BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland.
