JDG completes search for the Director of Planning and Risk for the FRTIB

JDG and the FRTIB are pleased to announce Thomas Brandt as its new Director of Planning and Risk. Mr. Brandt is a Senior Executive Service member and recognized risk management expert with twenty-five years of leadership experience in organizational performance management including designing and implementing risk management programs, developing and deploying strategic and operational plans, establishing and measuring performance goals and objectives, analyzing and evaluating business performance, and facilitating organizational change. Previously, as Chief Risk Officer for the IRS, he helped the agency recover from a series of crises by enabling leadership and management to better identify and manage risks to minimize negative events. He is experienced in successfully standing up new organizational units as well as effectively combining and integrating teams in a manner that improves employee engagement and organizational performance.
