JDG completes Chief Audit Executive search for the FRTIB

JDG and the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board are pleased to announce the selection of Barbara Holmes as its new Chief Audit Executive.  As the Founder and Principal Consultant at TSW Consulting, she has expertise in Internal Audit, Internal Controls, Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, financial and technical accounting.  She also served as Director, Internal Review Group at Ocwen Financial, Principal Accountant Examiner at the Federal Housing Finance Agency, Chief Audit Executive at Capital Source, as well as in several positions with increasing responsibility at Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and KPMG.  Ms. Holmes is a CPA and earned her Bachelors degree from McDaniel College.
