JDG completes 2 executive searches for The MIL Corporation

JDG and MIL are pleased to announce the selections of Teresa Longerbeam as MIL’s new Director of Finance as well as Shea Marchenko as its new AVP of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Ms. Longerbeam has broad experience in financial management within government contracting companies. She most recently served as the Program Finance Manager/Director at CACI, reporting to the Sector VP of Finance. She supported a $900M program where she was responsible for financial analysis, planning, forecasting and internal reporting.

Mr. Marchenko has over 15 years of experience in government financial reporting and defense contracts. He previously worked at Accenture Federal where he was instrumental in streamlining processes and enhancing systems to meet Accenture’s growing demands. As a strategic leader, he identified efficiency gaps, provides goal-oriented recommendations, and translates complex financial data into actionable plans.
