JDG completes search for the Architect of the Capitol’s Chief Administrative Officer

JDG and AOC are pleased to announce the selection of Mr. Bill O’Donnell as its new CAO.  Prior to joining AOC, Mr. O’Donnell was head of administration for the Secretary of the Navy, and led an overall staff of 140.  He was responsible for planning, executing and advocating for an annual budget of $1.2 Billion which supported over 6,000 people in the Pentagon, military installations, and commercial leased space in the National Capitol Area with field offices located globally.  He has expertise in Agency/Department-level administration and support functions; advising senior leadership, strategic planning and implementation; capital appropriations and justifications of complex budgets; facilities management; human capital management (including union and non-union employees); and contract and material management.  Bill received an MSEE from Pennsylvania State University.
