The Cadmus Group hires 1st Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

JDG and The Cadmus Group are pleased to announce the selection of Dawn-Marie Gray as their 1st Director, DEI. Prior to joining Cadmus, she served as Head of Creative Strategy for Sunshine Matter, a boutique marketing consultancy focused on educating, equipping, and empowering organizational leadership to deliberately and purposefully engage culturally diverse audiences. She is a data-driven analytical thinker and creative visionary with 20+ years of progressive cultural marketing and diversity management experience providing strategic thought leadership for organizational change. Prior to Sunshine Matter, she worked at CVS Health as Director, Strategic Diversity Management. Dawn-Marie earned her B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from Howard University.
