Kristen Phaup
Kristen joined JDG Associates in 2022. She provides executive search services to a variety of clients including the federal government as well as the professional services community across a wide array of industries and disciplines including science, information technology, operations, energy, finance, legal, and human capital.
Prior to entering the executive search field, Kristen provided accounting support to several clients. In her earlier career, Kristen taught Secondary Mathematics in Frederick and Howard County Public Schools as well as high school mathematics in California. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Purdue University as well as a Master’s degree in Instructional Systems Design from University of Maryland Baltimore County.
