AOC search completed for Project Executive, Audit and Risk

JDG and the Architect of the Capitol are pleased to announce the selection of Steve Titus as its new Project Executive, Audit and Risk Management. Steve is a senior leader with extensive consulting and audit experience working on construction projects and programs. Prior to joining AOC, he was the Principal Consultant of RTDQ which provides strategic solutions to capital programs specifically supporting business and government entities engaged in construction projects in the following areas: Project/Program Risk Assessments, Policies & Procedure Development, Claims / Change Order Support, Contract Compliance / Cost Evaluations, and Program Management Office. He possesses an MBA from Syracuse and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University.
