JDG completes search for a Personnel Appeals Board Member with GAO

JDG is pleased to announce the selection of Robert Erbe as the newest GAO PAB Member. Mr. Erbe has been practicing federal sector labor and employment law for nearly three decades. Backed by explicit experience as an Air Force Judge Advocate General (JAG) and Federal Agency Attorney, Mr. Erbe has handled upwards of 150 MSPB appeals.

While serving as an agency attorney, Mr. Erbe defended discipline and adverse actions for the Department of the Air Force, Bureau Engraving & Printing, Department of Justice (INS), Customs & Border Protection, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Mr. Erbe currently represents federal employees across the country and is associated with the National Border Patrol Council where he represents the union and Border Patrol Agents in grievance, discipline and arbitration hearings.

Mr. Erbe is also a recognized national speaker including at the annual Federal Dispute Resolution Training conference. He authors two articles for CyberFeds; the Discipline Advisor and the Arbitration Advisor.
