JDG completes search for Vice President of Policy for American Policy Ventures

JDG Associates and American Policy Ventures are pleased to announce the selection of Ari Gerstman as APV’s new Vice President of Policy. He is a highly skilled leader with experience managing teams in Federal and Local Government, Academia, and the Private Sector. Ari possesses deep knowledge of Federal policy related to science, technology, energy, civil service practices, and environmental permitting. He has extensive experience advocating for science programming and funding on the Hill with relationships in both authorizing and appropriating committees. He is also intimately familiar with the Federal budget and the execution of Federal programming. Prior to joining APV, Ari worked as a Program Manager at the Department of Energy. He earned his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
