The Federal Housing Finance Agency retains JDG to recruit its Director, Office of Minority and Women Inclusion
JDG Associates, Executive Search Consultants, has been retained by the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) to find its Director, Office of Minority and Women Inclusion (OMWI). FHFA was established by the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 and is responsible for the effective supervision, regulation, and housing mission oversight of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the Federal Home Loan Bank System, which includes 11 Federal Home Loan Banks and the Office of Finance (OF). Reporting to and serving as a key advisor in providing strategic and operational expertise to the FHFA Director, the Director of OMWI will direct and manage all Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) matters related to the management, employment, and business activities of FHFA. Moreover, the Director of OMWI will provide senior executive oversight of all D&I-related supervisory and regulatory activity of all FHFA regulated entities and FHFA’s OF. Critical to success in this role includes:
- Experience increasing participation of minority and women owned businesses in the programs and contracts of an organization and assessing diversity policies and practices for an organization.
- Providing expert advice, guidance, and strategic leadership to an organization regarding all Diversity & Inclusion policies, reports, manuals, and directives.
