The Department of Energy retains JDG to recruit its Director of Strategic Analysis

JDG Associates, Executive Search Consultants, has been retained by the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) to find its Director of Strategic Analysis (DSA). Reporting to the Acting Director for Integrated Strategies within EERE, the DSA will be responsible for creating the vision, developing the strategy, setting policy direction, and planning new analysis work for all technologies within the EERE portfolio. The DSA will lead a $8.5M division responsible for formulating and directing programs designed to increase the production and utilization of renewable energy and improve energy efficiency through support of research, development, and technology transfer. Critical to success in this role includes:

• Experience in developing, conducting, overseeing, and publishing analysis in the energy sector, energy policy, and/or regulatory issues.
