JDG Associates, Executive Search Consultants, has been retained by R&K Enterprise Solutions (R&K) to find its Vice President of Business Development. Reporting directly to the President, R&K is seeking a driven, high performing candidate with significant defense industry knowledge and experience, strong relationship management skills, and a proven track record in Department of Defense and/or federal civilian business development (BD) with an eye toward profitable growth. The VP will lead the full spectrum of BD processes for R&K’s Government Services Line of Business.
