JDG begins search for the Assistant Chief Information Officer for NOAA’s NESDIS Division

JDG Associates, Executive Search Consultants, has been retained by NOAA’s National Environmental Satellite and Data Information Service (“NESDIS”) to assist in finding its Assistant Chief Information Officer (ACIO). The ACIO works closely with NOAA’s CIO and is the focal point for providing IT policy oversight, analysis, planning, and execution to achieve NESDIS’ mission of providing secure access to global environmental data and information from satellites to protect and promote the nation’s security, environment, economy, and quality of life. The selected candidate will lead a staff of approximately 100 (combined federal employees and contractors) as well as a multi-million-dollar budget.
