The Concrete Reinforcing Steel Institute engages JDG to conduct search for President and CEO

The Client:

Founded in 1924, the Concrete Reinforcing Steel Institute (CRSI) is a technical institute and Standards Developing Organization (SDO) that stands as the authoritative resource for information related to steel reinforced concrete construction. CRSI offers many industry-trusted technical publications, standards documents, design aids, reference materials and educational opportunities. Also, as the authority on steel reinforced concrete construction, the Institute plays a critical role in promoting its benefits and advantages over competing construction materials and systems. CRSI members include manufacturers, fabricators, material suppliers and placers of steel reinforcing bars and related products as well as professionals involved in the research, design, and construction of steel reinforced concrete. With members engaged in steel production and rebar fabrication at over 450 locations in 47 states throughout North America, CRSI has six regional offices.

A separate CRSI Research & Education Foundation was founded in 1982 to foster the educational and research mission of the Institute through scholarships and other programs for civil engineering, architecture, and related disciplines at universities and technical schools.
