BOMA retains JDG to recruit Senior Vice President

JDG Associates has been retained by the Building Owners and Managers Association to conduct the search for its Senior Vice President (SVP) position.

The Client

The leading trade association for commercial real estate professionals for more than 100 years, BOMA represents the owners, managers, service providers, and other property professionals of all commercial building types, including office, industrial, medical, corporate, and mixed-use. With Its mission to advance a vibrant real estate industry through advocacy, influence, and knowledge, BOMA International is the partner individuals in the commercial real estate industry choose to maximize value for their careers, organizations, and assets. The Position The SVP provides internal leadership for and oversight of BOMA operations in achieving its strategic business goals and positioning the organization for continuing and future successes. The position has three direct-report vice presidents: Education and Meetings; Communications, Marketing and Membership; Finance/IT). Also, the SVP represents BOMA’s in its Partnership Program with industry suppliers, its National Advisory Council, the BOMA Fellows program, and the BOMA Foundation. In addition, the SVP performs the President’s duties and responsibilities as assigned in his absence.
