Consistent with our motto People are the Difference, JDG consultants have participated on numerous association career panels and seminars, as well as provided private career development counseling to a wide range of association professionals. In 2009, Paul Belford and Tiffany McCarty launched JDG’s Association CEO Development Workshop, and are currently working with the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) staff to develop a companion program for senior association management professionals. Paul also authored Planning Your Career in Association Management, published by ASAE in 2002.
