Unlike large firms who often off-load the initial steps of a search to research assistants, our Principals are intimately involved in your search from start to finish.

Team Work

JDG utilizes a team approach for every search. Each engagement is conducted by at least two Principals, thus maximizing the number of years of executive search experience a client receives. This approach enables our Principals to provide a variety of perspectives regarding both the clients’ needs and the qualifications of the candidates presented.
